Tuggeranong Markets Ariel View

The markets are the major fundraising activity of the Canberra Lake Tuggeranong Lions Club. Entry is by gold coin donation, which is used to fund local, national and international projects and charities supported by the club.

There are 70+ stalls selling a variety of goods including: arts and crafts, "pre loved" [i.e trash & treasure] non-elecrical goods, cakes, breads, lollies, plants and fruit and vegetables. There is something for everyone including live music, a display by the Canberra and District Historic Engine Club, pony rides plus other children's amusements, BBQ, food and drinks.

The location for the markets is the rustic surroundings of the Historic Tuggeranong Homestead site, backing onto the suburb of Richardson ACT.

Located on the corner of Ashley and Johnson Drives, Richardson. The Homestead entrance is on Johnson Drive, at the roundabout junction with Were St, opposite the Calwell shops. Ample parking [including disabled] is available.

New stallholders are always welcome and there are special rates for non-profit organisations.
